Among the messages from discussions during the ECCA 2019 conference, a number of research gaps have emerged which are of critical importance for future research planning in Europe and internationally.
Representatives from PLACARD have been very actively engaged in a range of activities during May and June: at the European Climate Change Adaptation conference (ECCA 2019) in Lisbon, the European Urban Resilience Forum (EURF) and ICLEI 2019 in Bonn.
The 4th European Climate Change Adaptation conference brought together researchers, policymakers and practitioners to discuss recent advances in CCA and DRR research, policy and practice, and aimed to inspire collective climate action.
